How does pricing work?
You pay per ACTIVE student, per term. Like income-tax brackets, each student is charged at their own band's rate, so the effective price per student falls as your school grows. There is a small per-term minimum, and schools above 1,000 students get a custom Enterprise quote.
How long is the free trial?
One full school term, 90 days. Long enough to run a complete term end-to-end: enrol, mark attendance, grade, publish report cards and collect fees. No card is required to start.
Where does fee money go?
Directly to your school's own bank account, through a secure payment-gateway split. DigitGlance never holds your money.
Do parents need to install an app?
No. Parents receive an invitation link and use a simple web portal that works on any phone. Results, fee balances and online payment are in one place.
Is our data safe?
Every school's data is isolated at the database level and protected under Nigeria's NDPR. Staff access is role-based. Teachers, bursars and administrators each see only what their role allows.
